Surely the Loft Interiors team must have broken a world record in speed buy to let furnishing this week (if such a thing exists?).
Never ones to turn down a challenge, six of the Loft Interiors team zoomed over to Nottingham in our trusty vans to furnish 42 apartments in just two days at the Pictureworks development.
And why the rush? Loft Interiors’ client, Lace Market Properties, turned to our investment property furnishings expertise to ensure that its apartments were tenant-ready for an urgent corporate let: a Spanish company had a host of staff to house in the UK.
There was nothing mañana, mañana about this project though, as we worked like Trojans to fit out 42 two bedroom apartments in a clean, contemporary style – complete with glass and chrome dining tables and coffee tables, leather sofas, and funky bedroom furniture.
The Pictureworks development boasts a brand-spanking new gym – but for some reason we didn’t fancy trying it out after lugging 84 double divans into position!
